Sessions will be held by Claire Cordell, and as a woman in her 40s, she knows only too well how weight loss becomes harder and how hormones can bite you in the butt leaving you feeling fat, unfit and fed up! But it doesn't have to be that way and Claire will show you how! Plus being around people of a similar age facing similar struggles will provide support and motivation, helping you to achieve your goals!

The course involves:

  • 2 x 1hr sessions per week over 8 weeks

  • Sessions incorporate a mixture of weight training and HIIT
